If your e-Transfer/billing details is different from your submitted order details, please contact us or send an email to confirm the order number the emt is paid for. All orders are shipped the same business day, if payment is received prior to 3:00 pm EST.

If an order is lost in transit, we will file a service ticket (investigation) with Canada Post. We will then wait for a decision which can take up to 2 weeks. If it is deemed lost, we will reship. If it is seized we will reship.
If the item is marked as delivered to your address we will only reship if the Canada Post investigation deems it as lost.
We are sorry, but everyone most people can see the fraud attempt angle on this. We simply can not reship packages marked as delivered if Canada Post’s investigation also concludes the same result.
